1 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 papaya, peach or pear,
peeled and seeded

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until
smooth. Pour into a tall glass. If the drink is thicker than
desired, add a couple of ice cubes.
