MICROWAVE BARBECUED SANDWICHES 1 c. catsup 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. onion salt dash of hot pepper sauce dash of garlic powder 2 c. shredded cooked roast beef 6 large sandwich buns Power level: High (100%). Total cooking time: 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes. Mix all ingredients except meat and buns in a 1 quart casserole. Microwave on High (100%) for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Stir occasionally. Stir meat into sauce. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until bubbly. Spoon meat on bottom half of buns and top with other half of bun. Wrap in paper towel or place on a plate.
