1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange
1 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cream of coconut
1 c. (1/2 pt.) lemon-lime
In large pitcher, combine frozen orange juice, pineapple
juice, water and cream of coconut. Stir until orange juice is
thawed. Pour orange juice mixture into 4 (8 ounce) glasses,
dividing evenly. Top each with 1 scoop (1/4 cup) sherbet;
stir. Makes 4 (8 ounce) servings.
