EGG NOG

8 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. or 3/4 pt. rum
3 pt. half and half
1 qt. whipping cream or 4 half
pt.

Separate eggs, beat whites until stiff. Beat yolks
good. Add sugar and rum to yolks; mix well. Add half and half
and add whipping cream and mix. Beat in egg whites. Makes 1
gallon.
