CARAMEL CORN 8 qt. popped popcorn 2 sticks margarine 2 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking soda Mix margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanil- la; bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Add baking soda until mixed. Pour over popcorn and stir. Bake in 250 degrees oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
