8 c. apple cider
1 (9 oz.) can frozen orange
juice
1 c. light corn syrup
1 (28 oz.) bottle ginger ale

A day or two ahead make orange ice ring. Thinly slice 1
small seedless orange. Arrange slices in a circle in 5 cup
ring mold. Pour in 1/2 cup boiling water; freeze. Add enough
cold water to fill mold. Freeze. To remove from mold dip
quickly in and out of hot water. Put into punch bowl. Combine
cider, juice and syrup in large pitcher. Chill 3 hours. Just
before serving pour mix in punch bowl. Stir in ginger ale.
Make 30 (1/2 cup each) servings.
