hard-boiled eggs (1 egg per
grated Cheddar cheese
Hollow out the rolls, reserving the bread crumbs. Chop
the eggs and celery; combine with some dry mustard, mayonnaise
and the bread crumbs. Mixture should be smooth, but not soggy.
Mix well. Fill hollowed out rolls with the mixture and top with
grated Cheddar cheese. Put under broiler until cheese melts and
is bubbly, a couple of minutes. Stay with it.
