FIRESIDE COFFEE (SWISS MOCHA)

2 c. instant cocoa (Swiss
Miss)
2 c. non-dairy creamer
1 c. instant coffee
1 1/2 c. sugar

On medium speed in blender blend cocoa and creamer for
about 5 minutes or until blended well. By hand stir in sugar.
This recipe makes 1 1/2 quarts.
To serve, put 3 to 4 well rounded teaspoons in a mug and
add hot water. Stir and serve.
