5 lb. hamburger
5 rounded tsp. Tender Quick
salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. hickory smoked salt

Mix well once a day for 3 days. Keep cold and covered.
The 4th day form into firm compact rolls and place in broiler
pan. Bake at 150 degrees for 8 hours. Turn often. Cool and wrap.
Keep in refrigerator.
