EGG FOO YONG

12 eggs
4 c. crab
2 c. flour
1 c. cornstarch
2 c. shrimp or cans
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. sliced yellow onions
4 c. bean sprouts
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. coffee cream

Mix eggs, flour and cornstarch in a large mixing bowl,
then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly for about
2 minutes. Preheat large frying pan for about 2 minutes on
medium heat. Fry 2 tablespoons of ingredients until it turns
brown. Makes one serving per 2 tablespoons.
