CHEESECAKE TARTS 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla In glass mixing bowl melt butter for 1 minute. Blend in graham cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar. Line 6 glass custard cups with paper baking cups. With spoon press crumbs firmly over bottom and sides. Beat together cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Spoon mixture into crumb lined cups. In microwave, bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, shifting inside cups to outside after 1 minute.
