CORN COB JELLY 14 large red corn cobs 1 pkg. Sure-Jell 3 c. sugar Run water over clean cobs to take off chaff. In a large pan cover the cobs with water and boil 30 minutes. (A large quantity of water must be used as corn cobs absorb a great deal.) Strain 3 cups of the red juice into pan. Add Sure-Jell. Let come to a boil. Then add sugar. Let it boil hard for 1 minute. Pour in jars and seal.
