GREEN TOMATO MINCEMEAT 7 lb. chopped green tomatoes 7 lb. chopped apples 4 lb. raisins 4 lb. currants 5 lb. sugar 2 c. grape juice 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cloves 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. allspice 4 lb. suet or hamburger Mix all together in large kettle and bring to boil. Then turn down heat to medium and stir often to keep from sticking to bottom of pan. Cook until mixture thickens and pack in hot jars. Makes about 8 to 10 quarts.
