BREAKFAST BEFORE 1 lb. pork sausage 6 eggs 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 3 slices white bread, cubed 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese Saute sausage; breaking into small pieces and drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
