PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain) 1/2 c. sugar 4 beaten eggs 1/2 stick butter or margarine 5 slices bread, toasted Spread toast with butter and cube it; place in bowl. Add other ingredients. Bake in greased casserole until golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8. Great with chicken, turkey, ham or etc. Also a good dessert!
