SUE'S PUNCH 1 (3 oz.) pkg. unflavored gelatin 1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar 4 c. boiling water 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 gal. strawberry or cherry sherbet 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice 1/2 gal. bottle cranberry juice 1 (33.8 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled 1 (8 oz.) bottle cherries 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted Mix crushed pineapple and cherries well. Pour into ring mold and freeze until punch is ready to serve. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add lemonade, pineapple juice and cranberry juice; mix well. When ready to serve add sherbet and ginger ale, then float frozen ring mold on top. This looks very pretty in a crystal or silver punch bowl. It is also delicious.
