BREAKFAST LASAGNA 1 lb. partly cooked sweet sausage 6 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. milk 6 slices bread, cubed 1 lb. shredded sharp cheese parsley basil Layer drained sausage and (mixture of eggs, milk, pinch of parsley and basil). Scatter cubed bread on top then cover with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, covered, then 15 minutes uncovered. Let stand 10 minutes prior to cutting.
