YOGURT-FRUIT POPSICLES 1 c. low-fat or nonfat yogurt 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk 2 Tbsp. sugar (or to taste) 1 c. sliced fresh or canned (drained) fruit (i.e. bananas, peaches, strawberries) Blend in blender or food processor the yogurt, dry milk and sugar until dry milk and sugar dissolve. Add fruit and blend until smooth (or blend until small bits of fruit remain if preferred). Pour into popsicle mold or 3 ounce paper cups. Insert handle on popsicle stick in the center of each and freeze.
