NUTTY O'S (Snacks) 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. corn syrup 1/4 c. margarine 1/2 tsp. salt 6 c. Cheerios 12 oz. can cocktail peanuts 2 c. raisins Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter jelly roll pan, 15 x 10-inch- es. Heat brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Cheerios, nuts and raisins until well coated. Spread in jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then loosen with metal spatula. Let stand until firm. Store covered. Makes 8 cups.
