NOODLES 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten Sift flour and salt together. Make a well in center of flour mixture and add eggs; blend thoroughly. Knead dough on a floured surface; cover and let stand 30 minutes. Roll dough until paper thin. Allow dough to partially dry; then cut into thin strips. Allow to dry thoroughly.
