MICROWAVE GRANOLA

1/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. honey
3 c. uncooked oats
1 c. sunflower seeds or pecans
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins and/or coconut
(optional)

In large microwave bowl melt butter on High 30 seconds.
Add honey, oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seed, coconut, cinna-
mon and salt. Stir well. Spread mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch
microwave dish. Microwave at High 6 to 10 minutes, stirring
every 2 minutes until golden brown. Remove from microwave and
stir raisins into hot mixture. Cool. Serve immediately or
store in tightly closed plastic bag or storage container.
