RHUBARB JELLY 6 c. cleaned, skinned diced rhubarb 4 c. sugar 1/4 c. water (approximately) 1 large box strawberry jello Put rhubarb, 4 cups sugar and water in a 3-quart sauce- pan and cook until soft. Stir in jello until dissolved. Remove from heat. Let cool and put in containers. Refriger- ate.
