ORANGE EGGNOG 2 eggs, separated 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 c. chilled orange juice 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. milk pinch of salt nutmeg Beat egg yolks until thick. Beat in sugar, stir in orange and lemon juices. Add milk. Cover and chill. Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Beat in remaining sugar until eggs are stiff. Beat egg whites into orange juice mixture. Pour in glasses. Sprinkle nutmeg and serve chilled.
