FRIED FISH IN A POCKET 1 1/2 to 2 lb. fillets fish 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cumin 1/2 c. beer or milk 1 egg, beaten 4 pita pockets (bread) 1 cucumber 1 green onion 1 tomato, chopped 1/4 c. yogurt or sour cream 1 c. Feta cheese 1/4 tsp. black pepper Cut fish into 2-inch pieces. Mix in bowl, flour, seasonings, beer or milk and egg. Pour oil in skillet and heat. Dip fish in batter. Fry until brown. Slice bread in half, fill each half with equal amounts of fish and vegetables. Top with yogurt and cheese.
