MARSHMALLOW FUDGE POPS

1 envelope Knox unflavored
gelatine
1 c. cold milk
1 c. boiling milk
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet
chocolate chips
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. walnuts (optional)

In a 5 cup blender, sprinkle gelatin over cold milk; let
stand 3 to 4 minutes. Add hot milk and process at low speed
until gelatine is dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add chocolate
chips and marshmallows. Process at high speed until smooth.
Pour into 5 ounce paper cups and freeze until partially
frozen. Insert wooden stick and freeze. Makes 8 pops.
