INSTANT COCOA MIX Small Amount: 1 (1 lb.) box instant nonfat dry milk 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. cocoa 1/4 tsp. salt Large Amount: 1 (2 lb. 6 oz.) box instant nonfat dry milk 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 3/4 c. cocoa 1/2 tsp. salt Mix dry ingredients thoroughly and store in tight container (glass jar or metal canister). To make cocoa put 1/3 cup mix in a cup. Stir in a little warm water to make a paste. Fill cup with boiling water. Stir and serve. To make a larger quantity of instant cocoa, allow 1 1/2 cups of the dry mix to each quart of water. Make a paste of a little cool water, then add boiling water in proportion of 1 1/2 cups mix to 1 quart water.
