CHEESE LOG 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans, divided 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup pecans and remaining ingredients until thoroughly blended. Shape into 2 (8-inch) logs. Roll in remaining pecans; chill. Yield: 2 (8-inch) logs.
