HOT CRANBERRY TEA 1 lb. cranberries 3 qt. water juice of 3 lemons juice of 3 oranges 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. red hots 8 to 10 whole cloves Cook cranberries in 1 quart water until tender. Strain and press. Add 2 quarts water and remaining ingredients. Heat and serve hot. Makes 1 gallon. Serves 15 to 20. If 1 gallon if not needed, make up cranberry juice and then make up 1/2 of tea recipe. Juice keeps well in refrigera- tor.
