HOT CHEESE DIP 1 onion, chopped 2 lb. browned hamburger 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 can tamale and chiles 3 lb. Velveeta cheese 3 lb. hot pepper cheese Combine onions, hamburger and chilies in crock-pot on low. Add cheeses, stirring often. This is ready when the cheese melts. Serve in crock-pot with taco chips. Also good served over rice for a casserole. Refrigerate leftovers. Also freezes well.
