SHAKE AND BAKE

4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. celery salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
Optional spices: garlic salt,
onion powder, parsley
flakes and curry powder

Put crumbs in deep bowl; stir in oil with fork. Add
seasonings; mix well. Keep in covered can on shelf. Use a
paper bag and around 1/2 cup mix; shake a few pieces at a time.
Arrange on pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
Recipe makes enough for 15 cut up chickens or 25 servings of
fish or chops.
