BISQUICK 20 c. flour 2 1/2 c. dry milk 3/4 c. baking powder 3 Tbsp. salt 2 Tbsp. cream of tartar 1/2 c. sugar 4 c. (2 lb.) shortening Sift dry ingredients together, until well blended. Cut or rub the shortening in (use your hands, it's easier) until evenly distributed and the mix resembles coarse meal. Makes 29 cups mix. Store in airtight container.
