HOMEMADE EGGNOG
(For Adult Party)
13 eggs, separated
2 lb. sugar
1 1/2 pt. milk
3 1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 pt. dark rum
1 pt. brandy
1 qt. bourbon whiskey

Beat egg yolks, then beat in the sugar. Slowly stir in
the rum and bourbon. Next stir in the cream, the milk and the
brandy. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Refrigerate
for several hours. Stir before serving. Sprinkle each serving
to taste with nutmeg.
