HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR 1 3/4 c. rum 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping or light cream 4 eggs 2 Tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup 2 tsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract In blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes about 5 cups. Stir before serving.
