INSTANT COCOA

5 1/3 c. powdered milk
3 oz. nondairy creamer
1 lb. hot chocolate mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and sift together several times. Add 3 to 4 heaping
teaspoons of the mixture to 1 cup boiling water.
For chocolate mocha variation: Add 1 teaspoon instant
coffee per cup. Store mix dry in a covered container.
