RHUBARB JAM 5 c. rhubarb, finely chopped 5 c. sugar 2 small pkg. or 1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O Combine rhubarb and sugar. Let set until some liquid forms. Boil 20 minutes. Stir in Jell-O until thoroughly mixed. Pour into sterile jars and seal. Can also add 1 can crushed drained pineapple.
