BAKED DRESSING

3 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. broth and fat
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage

Add broth to beaten eggs, then add 2 quarts of day old
bread (or corn bread) that has been cut into small pieces. Add
seasonings and toss lightly until well mixed. Bake in greased
baking dish for 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until puffy and
lightly browned.
Note: May be cooked with fowl or roast if desired.
