SKINNY SHAKE AND BAKE 4 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 Tbsp. salt 1 Tbsp. paprika 1 Tbsp. celery salt 1 tsp. pepper Mix bread crumbs and oil with fork and add salt, papri- ka, celery salt and pepper. Use 1/2 cup per chicken. Moisten chicken with water. Put mix in bag; add 2 to 3 pieces of chicken at a time. Place skin side up on baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
