RASPBERRY FIZZ
(Low Calorie; 48 Calories Per Serving)
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple
juice, chilled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
raspberries, thawed
2 (16 oz.) bottles low calorie
lemon-lime carbonated
beverage
mint sprigs

In blender combine pineapple juice, berries and 1/2 cup
water. Blend on medium speed until berries are pureed; strain.
Pour mixture into pitcher. Gradually pour carbonated beverage
down side of pitcher. Stir. Serve over ice. Garnish with
mint sprigs. Makes 10 servings.
