HOMEMADE MUSTARD 2 (2 oz.) boxes dry Colman's mustard 1 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar 3 eggs Mix well the dry mustard and vinegar and let stand overnight. Next day, mix in the top of a double boiler the sugar and eggs. Add mustard and vinegar. Cook in top of double boiler until thick. It may be kept indefinitely in refrigerator.
