HAM AND CHEESE ROLLS

1/2 lb. cooked ham
1/2 lb. Cheddar or Velveeta
cheese
1/3 c. green onions or
scallions
2 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. stuffed green olives
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or Miracle
Whip
1/2 c. chili sauce or ketchup
to which you add chili
powder
12 hot dog rolls
aluminum foil

Chop up into small squares the ham and cheese and put
into a bowl. Chop up fine the onions, eggs and olives and add
them to the bowl. Mix all ingredients together and toss with
the mayonnaise blended with the chili sauce. Spread onto the
hot dog rolls and wrap each in aluminum foil, twisting the ends
together securely. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Can be made ahead
and kept in refrigerator, then heated at serving time. Mixture
can also be frozen, then thawed out. This is a great recipe
for leftover ham!
