PANCAKES

2 c. biscuit mix
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 1/3 c. club soda

Warm plates. To make lighter and fluffier waffles or
pancakes use the same amount of club soda as you would ordinar-
ily use milk or water. Remember, substitute the exact same
amount of club soda. This hint can be used on prepackaged
pancake mixes as well. Mix biscuit mix, egg and oil and club
soda together, stir well. Fry on hot griddle sprayed with Pam
or use a very small amount of oil. Fry until brown on one side
then turn and continue frying on the other side.
