OLD FASHION POPCORN BALLS

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
3 1/2 c. popped corn
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Put sugar, brown sugar, syrup and water in saucepan,
stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add butter and continue
cooking until soft ball stage. Pop corn and cool, then fix
syrup mixture and pour over corn. Make into balls. Let stand
30 minutes before eating.
