PAPAYA SUNRISER

1 ripe papaya, peeled and cut
into chunks
1 banana, peeled and cut into
chunks
1 carton (6 oz.) lemon yogurt
1 c. orange juice
2 c. crushed ice
1/4 c. grenadine (optional)

Chill 4 tall glasses in the freezer. Combine papaya,
banana, yogurt and orange juice in blender container. Whirl on
high for 30 seconds. Add ice. Blend 30 seconds more. Pour
into chilled glasses. Float 1 tablespoon grenadine on each, if
desired. Makes 4 servings. You can beat in 1 egg for each
serving and it becomes an instant breakfast.
