GREAT TRICK FOR MAKING DEVILED EGGS Hard boil eggs for 10 minutes. Crack, cool and peel. Slice and put all the yolks in a Ziploc bag. Add all other ingredients you like and close securely after expelling all the air. Mash ingredients together by "messaging" them in the bag. Snip off corner of Ziploc bag and squeeze our into cooked egg white halves. Throw the bag away. No dishes to clean up.
