SPICED RUM TEA 2 c. boiling water 3 tea bags 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. whole cloves 1/4 tsp. cracked fennel seeds grated rind of 1/2 lemon 1/4 c. sugar 3/8 tsp. rum extract Pour boiling water over tea, ginger, cloves, fennel and lemon rind. Cover and wait 5 minutes. Strain into hot tea pot. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Stir in rum extract.
