ONION RINGS 1 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. melted butter 2 beaten egg yolks 3/4 c. flat beer onions Mix flour, salt, pepper, melted butter and beaten egg yolks well. Add the beer. Mix well. Let it set for 3 hours (up to 12 hours). Add two stiff egg whites. Dip onion rings in batter and fry in 375 degrees fat in frypan (until brown).
