UN-CANDY
(A Healthy Snack!)
1 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. wheat germ
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice
1/2 c. dates and raisins,
chopped
2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips or
regular size

Combine all ingredients, except coconut, and chill.
Mold into a log or small balls. Roll in coconut. Slice log.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
