WAFFLES 1 3/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 egg yolks, beaten 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. milk 3 egg whites 3 tsp. sugar Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Blend. Combine egg yolks, sugar and milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in cooking oil. Fold in egg whites (beaten stiff with 3 teaspoons sugar). Do not overmix. Pour approximately 2/3 cup batter onto the preheated grid. Close and bake.
