PEPPER GRAVY

2 large sweet peppers, cut
fine
3 medium ripe tomatoes, cut
fine
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk

Put tomatoes and peppers in skillet along with water to
cover, cook until done, make a sweet gravy mixture with flour,
sugar, salt and milk. Pour over peppers and tomatoes and cook
until thick like gravy and serve.
