VANILLA ICE CREAM (No Cooking) 4 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. vanilla 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1/4 tsp. salt 2 cans condensed milk (Eagle Brand) approximately 1 1/2 qt. dairy milk Combine eggs, cream, sugar, salt and vanilla in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer. Pour into freezer can; add condensed milk and stir well. Add dairy milk to fill line on can and stir. Makes 4 quarts.
